Through the Looking Glass

How we see ourselves is shaped by how we believe others see us. How we see others shapes their reality too.

Hi. I’m Kathryn Kelly, MA. I work as a consultant and educator with a special focus on neurodivergence and belonging.

I am not in the system. I’m not against all the systems. Per se. I’m just Kathryn.

I work with individuals, professionals, and community groups to shed light on ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent traits in adults. A diagnosis is not required for this work. I also examine topics that impact our sense of belonging, including divorce, sexuality, gender identity, body image, and family estrangement. Most of us are living inside intersectional identities that are as complex as they are underexplored. I bring my ethics training, current research, and a neurodivergent lens to all of my work. And I make a point of including humor along the way.
